We are a Cat and SMALL Dog (25 lbs adult weight limit) pet friendly community, here at Falcon Way Townhomes. We require a Pet Agreement to be filled out and the appropriate fees to be paid before bringing your pet to their new apt. home. There is a one time NON-refundable pet fee of $125.00 per pet with a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. See manager for breed restrictions!!
